Terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Paraxor API and related developer services (“the Service”) during early access. By requesting an API key or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Early access

Paraxor is currently provided to a limited set of design partners under early access. The Service is offered as-is. Features, schemas, and endpoints may change as we incorporate partner feedback. We will give a fair notice window before any change that would break existing integrations.

2. Use of the API

You may use the Service to power AI shopping agents and related developer tools. You may not: resell raw responses verbatim as a competing data product, attempt to reverse-engineer the ranking, scoring, or refresh logic that produces the schema, or use the Service to violate applicable law or the rights of any merchant whose data appears in a response.

3. API keys

Each API key is issued to one organization and must not be shared outside that organization. You are responsible for activity under any API key issued to you. If you believe a key has been compromised, contact us at hello@paraxor.platform and we will rotate it.

4. Pricing

Access during early access is free. Usage-based pricing will be introduced after early access ends. Design partners will receive at least 30 days' notice before any pricing change takes effect on their account.

5. Merchant data

Paraxor structures publicly accessible commerce data from merchant websites and platform APIs. We respect merchant requests for removal from the index; merchants may contact us at hello@paraxor.platform to opt out.

6. Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paraxor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and you must cease using the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active design partners by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
