Privacy policy

This policy describes how Paraxor handles personal data and merchant data during early access. We aim to collect the minimum we need to run the Service and to be specific about why each piece of data exists.

1. What we collect from developers

• Account data— name, email, organization, and the description of what you're building. Used to issue API keys and respond to support requests.
• API usage — endpoint, status code, response time, and request size per API key. Used to operate the Service, debug, and plan capacity.
• Communications — email and chat threads with our team. Kept for support history and product feedback.

2. What we collect from merchants

Paraxor structures publicly accessible commerce data — product names, prices, availability, and shopping endpoints — from merchant websites and platform APIs. We do not collect customer-level data, order history, or anything behind authentication.

3. What we don't collect

• End-user shopper data on behalf of agent platforms
• Payment instrument data — we do not handle payments
• Sensitive personal categories (health, biometric, government IDs)

4. How we use data

We use the data above to operate the Service, debug, communicate with you, and improve coverage and schema quality. We do not sell developer data and we do not use developer queries to train models.

5. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure subprocessors required to run the Service (hosting, logging, email). Each is bound by data-protection terms. We do not share developer data with advertisers.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. API logs are retained for 90 days and then aggregated. You may request deletion of your account and any associated personal data at any time.

7. Merchant opt-out

Merchants who do not wish their public store data to appear in Paraxor responses may email hello@paraxor.platform with the store URL. We will remove the store from the index within 10 business days and confirm by email.

8. Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption, authenticated access, and least-privilege operations. No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to hello@paraxor.platform — we will respond within 5 business days.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
